Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which REB Global LLC handles refund requests related to REBG token purchases and service transactions across our integrated platforms.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of blockchain transactions and digital tokens, all REBG token purchases and transactions are generally final and non-refundable. Blockchain transactions on the Base network are irreversible once confirmed, and REB Global LLC cannot reverse or modify completed transactions.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances:

  • Platform Error: Transactions that resulted from a verified technical error on our platform
  • Duplicate Charges: Verifiable duplicate transactions processed in error
  • Service Non-Delivery: Cases where a paid service was not delivered by an integrated platform due to platform failure (not user error)
  • Unauthorized Transactions: Transactions verified as unauthorized through our security investigation process
  • Legal Requirement: Situations where a refund is required by applicable law

3. Refund Request Process

  • Submit a refund request to [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction
  • Include your wallet address, transaction hash, date, amount, and detailed reason for the request
  • Our team will review your request within 10 business days
  • Additional documentation or verification may be required
  • You will be notified of the decision via email

4. Refund Methods

Approved refunds may be processed as: REBG tokens returned to the original wallet address; service credits on integrated platforms; or alternative methods as determined on a case-by-case basis. Transaction fees (1.5%) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Service-Specific Refund Policies

Individual integrated platforms (My ATLAS, WebAmail.World, aSms.World, aTele.World) may have their own refund policies for services purchased with REBG tokens. Please refer to each platform's specific terms for service-related refund inquiries.

6. Cancellation

Service subscriptions purchased with REBG tokens may be cancelled according to the terms of each integrated platform. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of previously processed token payments unless otherwise specified.

7. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting us with additional supporting documentation. Final dispute resolution is subject to the terms outlined in our User Agreement and governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
