IMPORTANT: Please read these risk disclosures carefully before purchasing, holding, or using REBG tokens. This document outlines the material risks associated with REBG tokens and the REB Global LLC ecosystem. This is not an exhaustive list of all risks.

1. Market and Volatility Risks

  • Price Volatility: The value of REBG tokens may experience extreme fluctuations. You may lose a substantial portion or all of your investment.
  • No Guaranteed Value: REBG tokens have no inherent value guarantee. Their market price is determined by supply and demand dynamics.
  • Limited Liquidity: There may be limited markets for trading REBG tokens. You may be unable to sell tokens at your desired price or at all.
  • Market Manipulation: Cryptocurrency markets may be susceptible to manipulation, which can adversely affect REBG token value.

2. Technology Risks

  • Smart Contract Risk: REBG smart contracts, despite auditing, may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities that could result in loss of tokens.
  • Base Blockchain Risk: As an Ethereum Layer 2 solution, Base blockchain may experience technical issues, security breaches, or downtime.
  • Network Congestion: High transaction volumes may cause delays and increased gas fees on the Base network.
  • Fork Risk: Blockchain forks may create complications for token holders and affect token functionality.
  • Interoperability Risk: Changes to Base, Ethereum, or related protocols may affect REBG token compatibility.

3. Security Risks

  • Private Key Loss: Loss of your wallet private keys results in permanent, irrecoverable loss of your REBG tokens.
  • Hacking and Theft: Your wallet or our platform may be targeted by hackers, potentially resulting in token theft.
  • Phishing Attacks: Fraudulent websites or communications may attempt to steal your credentials or tokens.
  • Third-Party Risk: Exchanges, wallet providers, and other third-party services may be compromised.

4. Regulatory Risks

  • Legal Status: The regulatory status of utility tokens remains uncertain in many jurisdictions. REBG tokens may be classified differently across regions.
  • Compliance Changes: New laws or regulations may restrict, prohibit, or impose burdensome requirements on REBG token usage.
  • Tax Implications: Token transactions may have tax consequences that vary by jurisdiction. Consult a tax professional.
  • Enforcement Actions: Regulatory authorities may take enforcement actions affecting the REBG ecosystem.

5. Operational Risks

  • Platform Dependency: The utility of REBG tokens depends on the continued operation of integrated platforms (My ATLAS, WebAmail.World, aSms.World, aTele.World).
  • Service Discontinuation: Any or all integrated services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued.
  • Team Risk: The success of the REBG ecosystem depends on the continued commitment and capabilities of the REB Global team.
  • Competition: New or existing projects may offer superior solutions, reducing demand for REBG tokens.

6. Financial Risks

  • Total Loss: You should be prepared to lose the entire amount used to purchase REBG tokens.
  • No Deposit Insurance: REBG tokens are not insured by any government deposit insurance program.
  • Irreversible Transactions: Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Tokens sent to incorrect addresses are permanently lost.
  • Fee Changes: Transaction fees (currently 1.5%) may be modified by the Company.

7. Token-Specific Risks

  • Utility Limitation: REBG tokens may only be used within the REBG ecosystem and have no guaranteed acceptance outside integrated platforms.
  • Supply Concentration: Significant portions of the token supply are held by the Company, team, and early participants, which may affect market dynamics.
  • No Ownership Rights: REBG tokens do not confer any ownership, equity, governance, or dividend rights in REB Global LLC.

By purchasing, holding, or using REBG tokens, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all risks disclosed herein. You agree that REB Global LLC shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of the risks described in this document.
