Welcome to REBG.World, operated by REB Global LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the REBG.World website, the REBG token, and all related services.

REBG.World provides a utility token (REBG) on the Base blockchain (Ethereum Layer 2) that enables payment for services across our integrated platforms: My ATLAS (abi-atlas.com), WebAmail.World, aSms.World, and aTele.World. The REBG token is a utility token and is not intended to be a security, investment product, or store of value.

4. Account Registration

Certain features may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials, private keys, and account information.

5. REBG Token Usage

REBG tokens are utility tokens used exclusively for purchasing services across integrated platforms
A transaction fee of 1.5% applies to all REBG token transactions
Total supply is fixed at 100,000,000 REBG tokens
REBG tokens do not represent ownership, equity, or voting rights in REB Global LLC
The value of REBG tokens may fluctuate and is not guaranteed

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: (a) use our services for any illegal purpose; (b) engage in money laundering or terrorist financing; (c) manipulate the REBG token market; (d) circumvent any security measures; (e) use automated systems to interact with our services without authorization; (f) impersonate any person or entity; (g) interfere with the proper functioning of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on REBG.World are owned by REB Global LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REB GLOBAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE REBG TOKEN OR OUR SERVICES.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
