User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and REB Global LLC ("Company") governing your use of the REBG.World platform, the REBG utility token, and all integrated services.

1. Definitions

• "REBG Token" means the REB Global utility token deployed on the Base blockchain
• "Platform" means REBG.World and all related websites, applications, and services
• "Integrated Services" means My ATLAS, WebAmail.World, aSms.World, and aTele.World
• "Wallet" means a digital wallet compatible with the Base blockchain

2. Account Obligations

You are solely responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your wallet private keys and access credentials; all activities that occur under your account; ensuring that your use of REBG tokens complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction; providing accurate and up-to-date information for KYC/AML verification when required.

3. Service Access and Usage

Upon successful registration and verification, you may use REBG tokens to purchase services across our integrated platforms. The Company reserves the right to: modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time; set limits on token usage and transaction amounts; require additional verification for large transactions.

4. Transaction Fees

All REBG token transactions are subject to a 1.5% transaction fee. This fee is automatically deducted at the time of the transaction. Additional network fees (gas fees) on the Base blockchain may apply and are the responsibility of the User.

5. User Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that: you are at least 18 years of age; you have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement; you are not a resident of a jurisdiction where REBG token transactions are prohibited; you are not on any government sanctions list; your funds are not derived from illegal activities.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use REBG tokens for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity; attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our platform; use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without authorization; engage in market manipulation or wash trading; transfer tokens to sanctioned individuals or entities.

7. Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that: cryptocurrency and token transactions involve inherent risks; the value of REBG tokens may fluctuate significantly; blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed; the Company is not responsible for losses due to wallet compromise or user error; regulatory changes may affect the availability or use of REBG tokens.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitrations are not permitted.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, though existing token balances remain in your wallet. The Company may suspend or terminate your account for violation of this Agreement.
